This book was created to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Aquiles Shoes, one of the most popular shoe stores in Colombia. Aquiles: 25 años mirando al piso narrates the origins, challenges and successes of the company, told by its owner. The book is composed of full-page photographs that illustrate production processes at the factory, and it portrays all the people involved in the company’s history. The contents are organized chronologically into eight chapters, each one containing an infographic-style page centred on a specific detail of every section. Photographs by Gabriel Leaño
